Thanks Vespasco,
Bike has been stamped and relative garage proof sent off.I have a quote for the insurance from Carol Nash. All I have to do now is get the Bike running properly. Ive also got some other issues to deal with so I can get the bike MOT'd for example getting the engine to tick over properly and the indicators and other electrical items to see to before I get the bike MOT'd. I'll have to post my questions under a different thread and see if I can get some answers for my problems. Thanks again vespasco.

Hi doulsy,
I'm registering the bike as a 125cc Vespa Douglas. I just need to get the bike running properly now and ticking over correctly . I'm sure there'll be other things that I'll need to put right as well but the main thing is the engine ticks over and runs properly so one thing at a time. The lads at the VOSA garage were great ...no fuss whatsoever and didn't charge me. I have my car and campervan tested there every year though but all the same I was still grateful for their help.
How are you going doulsy? Is everything alright with you and your bike?

Hi doulsy,
Yeah Ive had a Bedford 2.0L CF Autosleeper Motorhome for some years now. Ive had a gas conversion fitted and filled the gas tank up for less than £25 the other day (49p per litre now round here). It runs on petrol as well and runs like a dream and its very cheap to insure to boot Ive done nothing to it for the past 5 years except wipers and its been through all its MOTs no problem.. I wish the bike would run the same.
Anyway nice to know you're bumping along the bottom OK ....just like me LOL!
