gears or clutch?

My Rally 200 with P2 engine jumps in 1st and 2nd gear ok in 3rd and 4th seems to do it when accelerating from low revs
any ideas ?. Could it be clutch ? if so wouldnt it do it in all gears ?. or is it gear problem, perhaps teeth missing on pinions. Seems to do it after about 5 mins driving when scoot is warmed up, all ideas gratefully recieved.

Cruciform is often the culprit when it comes to dropping out of gears.. won't be the clutch. Easy and cheap enough to replace though you do need to split the casings

Cheers young man, local opinion seems to be the same so looks like a few nights in the garage
