ive got a twostroke oil leak on my two year old px its dripping on to the exhaust when the engine is running .if i take the tank out are there any seals that could be the problem cheers'

If it's definitely 2-stroke Karl, then it sounds like it's leaking from the bottom of the reservoir into the void under your fuel tank. You might want to start adding your 2-stroke direct to the petrol and just let the autolube run dry.

Sorry Spence, don't want to sound a smart arse but don't just let the autolube run dry as you will end up with a moving part on the clutch side that is no longer receiving lubrication and can end up siezing in the casing. Better to completely remove the spindle mechanism from the clutch side and bend over the small metal pipe on the top! Karl are you sure it's actually 2-stroke and not just blowback from the exhaust manifold?

Yeah my monies on a loose exhaust stub or cylinder head joint, SIP expansions are prone to this if not sealed correctly

thanks for all your help not as much oil leaking today.still abit dripping onto exhaust and burning.i may have overfilled twostroke tank. CHEERS
