I am looking for insurance on my SS90 and SS180 don't use them on the road much but still need to give them a run. can anyone help

Legally they have to be either insured or on a SORN. I think the best thing you can do is get on the phone to companies that do classic vehicle insurance and explain the situation to them. There are companies that do policies that cover small mileages, which sounds like what you need. www.bikesure.co.uk/limited-mileage.php I don't have any experience of the above, it was the first one from Google. Try others and play them off against each other.

be aware that some insurance companies will cancel the insurance if you have the vehicles on SORN for any length of time.
made things a nightmare for a friend who'd taken his landrover off the road to work on it, ended up in the perpetual loop of needing MOT to be able to tax it, needing Insurance to MOT it and the insurance wanted an MOT certificate before they'd reinstate cover.
