Hi folks, im looking into getting a vespa as a project. At the moment i know very little about them but willing to learn.
I've got the chance to buy the vespa that i've attached the pic of. Now i realise that there will be plenty of work involved with this but i planned to replace everything anyway.
the guy thats selling it says that there is no v5 or frame number, should i be suspicious about this? he says he got it as a project but now wants a lambretta instead.
and also he is unaware of the exact model of this one, he says its from 83/84 but was the changeover model or something? can any of you shed any light on this?
whats your opinions then people?
thanks,
Gordy
