yeah the kliehns are just copy's but very good ones and lots of people like them now the pipe and unfortunatly you may not like this at all are you sitting down?
the jl right handside pipe the rlz2000 is the best pipe for a fully worked 210 engine diablo moto in nuneaton has been doing a lot of research in to the 210 and when i bought my 210 asked his opinion and he said the jl of course its different stokes for different folks and its what works best for your engine
all i can say is try the pm as you have now bought it and then work around that to the best you can unfortunatly its all trail and error do you want low down grunt that pulls well or a revvy motor where your up and down the gears
there are many tuners in the uk and they all have different ways and ideas but i only tend to listen to diablo moto as he actually runs the set ups him self his number will be in scootering or i can pm it you if you want

well rob personally i would not touch a pm pipe and who ever told you flat side carbs are hard to set up should not own or work on a scoot tbh the mukini flat side (tmx) is the best carb out on the market for any 2 stroke engine and a doddle to set up! im not a great lover of lightend flywheels either unles the crank has been balanced to put equal strian on crank or clutch and having read your post again me personally would run no lower than a 26mm carb but preferbly the 28mm
this is only my opinion of course!

24mm carb if standerd si is a pain to get right and usually carnt get it done right have you thought about a 26mm flatside mukini east to jet right and overall a better carb for the mighty 210
