Semi-hydraulic is better than the drum. Its good enough on the Armandos, coz I only pose about on that. ;D Need to go full hydraulic on the other bikes, they're a bit lot faster

Sorting one at the minute. With a Polini 152 top end. Working out conrods. Also looking at 172 Malossi runner barrel. Here's my Lammy TS1 on a P Range ;D

I move barrels 'up and down' by machining, or different base and head gaskets, to get the port timing and squish right. First thing to do is make sure the piston clears the exhaust port by machining base or fitting gasket(s), then set the squish. I like to have the piston flush with the top of the cylinder, then set squish by machining the head or by gasket.

wheres the choke cable on the TS conversion That was todays job. Used T5 CDI mount, cut down throttle cable and a Polini choke pull.

keep us updated on this one, does the t5 use the same stud configuration or has the case been extensively modified ? Different spacings. Lots of welding, milling, drilling. Not as much as the TS, but still a lot of work. Cant decide whether to do it 180 deg or not. Im seeing my exhaust man in a couple of weeks. See what he has to say.

24mm carbs use a different filter to a 20.
