Cheers guys, definitely needs some sort of striping to break it up. I will speak to my sign-writer and see what we can come up with.

Got the PX finished just a couple of bits of trim to put on. Thinking of some subtle blue striping to break the mass of blue up and tie in the front mudguard.

The cases are fully ported and the barrel has had a tickle, the reed valve is the Malossi kit which comes with a 30mm Dellorto. Got the wiring loom laid in place and the front end with carbon mudguard is fitted.

Collected the engine from JB Tuning today. Fully ported Malossi reed valve 166, light flywheel, nice crank, JL expansion chamber etc. should be collecting fame from paint shop next week.

Once painted the cutouts will have some fine mesh behind them. It is going to be Nitrous blue which was used on the 2016 Ford Focus RS.

Iam doing it in between jobs at work but want to crack on with it. Got a spec in mind so should be good when done. Also building my Lambretta at the same time so it is a juggling act at the mo.

Thought I would do a little running report about my PX rebuild. As the scooter started. It had a few knocks, dings and the odd spot of rust. Stripped and ready for blasting. Blasted and ready for a few little mods.

The pictures make it look better then it is. It has rust in the rear end and surface rust underneath so want to catch it now before it gets worse. It is now at the blasters.

Hi all, Our PX disc that is just about to get a revamp. Someone tried to have it away last year and damaged the headset and put a slight bend in the legshields quickly repaired it so it could be used but going to do a rebuild on it now as it has got tatty around the edges and has over 30,000 miles on the clock.
