Hi thanks for reply Still not getting a lot of information back that why I have looked into the legal side of this dispute can't even get a full breakdown of repair needed from the local dealer To pass on to legal side if I go down that road . There something going between the two dealer and they are delaying passing the information on I think there trying to wear me down

Hi thanks for reply I don't have the scooter it only had 14 km on the clock it been at the nearest local dealer since ,now been there for 2 week . l had it for 48 hours Attatude from Dealer I bought from is of a its not my fault but it was not PDI correctly and both dealers involved are sticking together. No customer protecting as the legal costs are so high £175 + vat just to send a letter and that every time you contact or are contacted by solicitors. So now I will have a scooter with mechanical and body work damage after 48 hours ownership and no one taken responsibility . dealer ,transport company, or Piaggio. Even had a phone call from Piaggio in Rome saying it not there responsibility and it down to the dealer . They all take your money and run. Lesson learnt never again.

Hi all Ive just bought a new px125 after delivery It was taken on for it first ride during this ride the rear wheel seemed to lock causing The front of the scooter to lurch forward And coming to a sudden stop it continued To do this and i ended up pushing it home. This was 48hours after delivery it was bought via the internet from a dealer from yorkshire and i live in the south of england .i contact the deal i bought it from who had it was transported to the nearest dealer down here while being transported it recieved body work damage this was piaggios recovery service lucky for me i had taken photos of it being loaded on the flat bed lorry I have been told it just needed clutch plate filing down on the edges for cleaner operation. Would this be the case for this problem .i have told the dealer i wish to reject this scooter i have also been told by piaggio its not there problem and the local dealer down here has a birds of a feather stick together attiude and the cost of legal action is a crime in it self All in all be aware of internet buying Any thoughts on my problem welcome it really taken the shine of buying new scooter and i would be very unlikely i would buy any pruducts from piaggio again.😢 geoff
