Thanks guys, I've fitted one of the corteco square cut ones, engine rebuilt this afternoon, just have to renew a few cables, get the engine back in the frame connect everything up and hit it a few kicks - should be a breeze!!! - I'll let you know how it goes

Hi, I'm new to the board but old to the Vespa scene, so as well as asking for advice 'hopefully' I can provide some as well I ride a '98 T5 classic and a '74 125 GTR. I also have 2 projects, an '84 PX200E which I have owned since 86, and an '82 P125X, very long term projects I should add. Here's to many more happy years scootering and hopefully see some of you in Belfast for Vespa World Days in 2018!

Hi, I'm replacing the flywheel oil seal on a 1974 125 GTR, there are 2 replacement types available, one has a square cut out and the other has a round cut out. Does anyone know/understand the difference and if there is an effect from fitting the wrong type? Thanks in advance for any advice.
