any way, enough of this bull sh**#ing with the mot knobs, your lights should be wired up. the more the better. if your really thinking about wireing them up theres a good step by step guide on the lamberetta clubs web site. it gave me a good insight how to do it, basicaly you need to run a live cable from your battery to a junction box then wire up your lights to the junction box / fuse / switch. wow ive just read what i've wrote and its sounds dead easy....NOT...ask jed from l.s.c it took us 2 weekends loads of cable (wrong type being used) lots of visits to motorworld and loads of t-bags. but they look good now when there all on. ps do they make a 24v battery the size of a 12v battery??

same old story devo matey, the must be a fault with the speedo cable cos every one with a px is always saying they snap after around 500 clicks (hey spence like the u.s marines terminology) it has two cables an inner and outer but the outer should be alright just get an inner and lubricate it well and shove it down the outer good luck

all lights are up and running now thanks for your help spence. i have run my main spoties from the ignition loop (these go on even why my scoot is not running so i have now got a flat batterie, something to watch out for in the future) my bullet lights run from the side light switch's so these dim and brighten as the revs go higher. still got loads of chrome to put on trying to get it all clean and sparklin for gingers egg run but the weather is a bit s*@#*y at the moment. hope to see you there.. hi spence thanks for the reply my spots are wired up and i have run a cable up through the horn cover and come out under the headset, which is at the moment in the back of the garage with frustration. i tried the terminals at the back of the head light without success. do you think i should run it straight to the battery?
