being the arse that I am I have managed to lose 2 sets of keys for my px125 over the last few weeks
i have had some more cut but they dont work, this was using the code imprinted on the neck of the ignition lock.
anyone got any ideas what else I can try before I have to send it off to my local dealership where I will be raped for a huge sum of money
any advice is much appreciated
cheers Andy

not taken the bolt all the way out no, loosened it right off though. does it need to come all the way then as it is obstructed by the flywheel cover.?
guess I might need to whip that off too

I can't get my PX kickstart off and for such a straight forward (or so I would have thought) task, it is doing my swede in. I have undoing the bolt, then wiggling it and tapping it away from the engine side from underneath but it doesn't want to go anywhere, moves a couple of mil then goes no further.
any advice on a simple trick to get it off?

yeah, saw that disclaimer myself but was still shocked by just how loud it is, maybe just because I am so used to running around on a bog standard pipe (good increase in speed though)

I have just fitted a SIP exhaust to my PX125 and boy oh boy is it loud, are they supposed to be super loud or have I c**ked something up. It is the chrome version and I was warned by the seller it would be louder than the standard road version but I wasn't quite expecting it to be this loud.

back again, when you ordered these did they come with the mounting brackets or did you need to buy them seperately?

they come out through the headset with the long stalks.
I am looking for something shorter and having looked at the Cuppini ones you have mentioned I might well go for a set of those

Anyone got any recommendations for gear oil for my px125.
Something available from Halfords would be handy as i have one over the road

Seems to me that everything you get is going to need a bit of drilling to get it to fit correctly. Pain in the arse but a fact of life. Been looking at the ancilotti for my px. Will probably get it at the end of the month. Be interesting to see how that fits

I want to fit a new exhaust to my 2013 px125 and want to upjet to 102 at the same time. How easy is it to do this?

Depends how original you are going i guess. Never was a big fan of the snub nosed plastic myself

My exhaust has been delivered but not the jet. Is it wise to go ahead with the fit without upjetting at the same time

I don't really know. The replacement exhaust is usual style with no way to connect to cat. Do i just leave it un connected or block it off?

I have just bought a simonin pipe for my PX125 but forgot about having a catalytic converter. How do I go about removing this?
Any tips would be handy
