Hello. Am new to this board so forgive any wrong-doings. I wanted to know if anyone has fitted a Pinasco clutch drive with 24T (rather than std 23T). I did this swap and results are good with l few less rpm on highway. lose a little torque uphill, but is worth it I think. Goes well, but there is a distinct gear whine on over-run deceleration that I feel is due to the extra tooth on the drive. According to the makers, it can just be a direct swap to mesh with 65T corona gear. Just a bit concerned about long term wear. Anybody done it?

Not used those parts myself, but if it was my engine, I'd keep an eye on metal particles (small sparkling bits,like metallic paint affect) in the gearbox oil and check or change the oil every 500 or so miles till clear.
Used a good few Malossi gear kits that have a whine, but that's because of the straight cut gears 😉.
