Hi guys, I’ve put a fully charged new battery on a px m200 that’s been dry stored for a few years, turn the ignition and there’s absolutely nothing, not even a flicker, I am intending to give it a good service, but as it stands I’ve got no power to anything ..... any ideas?

Get yourself a circuit tester and a wiring diagram. Could be a broken wire or bad earth. The ignition switch is a good place to pick up the live and work you way along. Google Vespa wiring diagram.

Have you checked the fuse at the battery? Battery works the electric start and horn! Is your horn working? Try kick-starting it? Lights and indicators etc, should work. Mij👍
