The only thing to watch for is due to the fibreglass being thicker than a steel mudguard it sits a little bit higher. This gives you a little bit less room to play with around the lower side mounting screw so double check your measurements before drilling as I ended up a bit out of line. It's not massive but you can tell it's not quite straight when viewed from the front.

That's a bit of useful info ,Bud👍.
If I'm understanding correctly, can you not slot the hole to get the mudguard straight and maybe put a bigger stainless washer or a bigger stainless washer painted the same colour as the mudguard on the outside to cover the slot?

Absolutely. It would require the three top holes to be enlarged slightly to provide a bit of wriggle room but otherwise it would be quite straightforward.

I've fitted quite a few (20+)fiberglass T5 type mudguards to PX/T5 scoots, my full frame has one I fitted at the moment. When I fit the three top bolts, I always use three large stainless penny washers with them on top of the mudguard, the bigger surface area of the large washers give more strength to the mudguard in that area, it stops you crying in your cornflakes if you happen to grab the mudguard when you are turning the forks to work on the front end or whatever and you crack the fiberglass.☺
Hope that makes some sense as it's harder to explain than do,lol😉. J

J Absolutely, ive done the same, 3 big bad-boy penny washers to spread the load for these 3 bolts.
