Afternoon all I'm building the above and at the moment have the following set up
T5 4TH GEAR 24/24 128 main Lightened flywheel Read speed exhaust
Looking for mid range touring power. My set up is for pure top end revs
If I changed back to standard gearing and a SIP 2 would that sort me out? Thanks

Is the case mated to the cylinder? What size gaskets you using with the cylinder? Have you ported the case at the carb inlet? Have you cut the crank? or fitted an aftermarket crank? If yes what one? What inlet timing are you using? How light is your flywheel?

Get rid of the (sh*teweight) flywheel. Never been a fan of them. Stick to standard.

Hello. Iโm no expert but elsewhere on this and another Forum. Itโs been said that putting a thinner Base Gasket and thicker head Gasket will give you more low down Torque and less revs.

Scooter center are saying if your case an inlet is done, it should be able to use a 24 tooth clutch gear and a big box exhaust, have a look at their description, Bud ๐ www.scooter-center.com/en/m3116346/cylinder-malossi-210-cc-sport-vespa-p200-rally200-with-cylinder-headHere's a video of mista freak moped; ( check his description in the original YouTube video for jetting, gearing etc ๐) sip 1,si carb and 24 tooth clutch, not sure if he's done the exhaust port, may be worth checking his other Malossi video's. Or: the final version of the Sip road 3 might be worth looking at ๐ Unless you really want to use the sip 2, I would be inclined to use the Polini box exhaust ( well liked by mista freak moped ๐) takes a baw hair more revs, but makes more torque and nearly 2hp more ( see Malossi chart at very end of link๐, with everything ( gears, flywheel) the same, and see if you like that. You could also weigh the flywheel to give us an idea of what's, what ๐. scooterlab.uk/vespa-big-box-exhaust-shootout-feature-2/Mijโบ
