Fibreglass front mudguard, I personally wouldn't advise a lightened flywheel but some would, guess you could stick a bigger carb on? T5 fourth gear maybe? Zeus cdi unit? Or lots of mirrors???

Vespadave75, possibly a si 26mm carb? A big carb?, 28 or bigger, more porting? ( inlet timing)etc, 57 competition crank?
60mm crank, and an expansion exhaust?

Ironsloth, Each will work with a long stroke crank or a 57 mm crank 60mm crank example below 👇 from ozoap on the scooterists forum : www.scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38202A few example of Malossi barrel timings for vespadave75 are: Malossi 166 standard timings ( please check tinternet to be sure,as pain is interfering with my karma 😉) = transfers 110 deg, exhaust 164 deg, ok for a standard type exhaust. Suggested Malossi 166 timings for a sip road/ bgm big box exhaust etc= approx 120 deg transfers and approx 176 degrees exhaust. Suggested Malossi 166 timings for an expansion exhaust, scorpion, pm tuning etc= approx 122 deg transfers and 183 deg exhaust, this would require approx 2mm machined off the top of the barrel and approx a 2mm gasket on the bottom of the barrel. Widening the exhaust port as well as raising the exhaust port needed, especially when using an expansion pipe, in conjunction with raised transfer timing and exhaust port timing and using a big (30mm)? Carb. All the above are approximate and for general guidance, as other factors, such as inlet timing at the crank, type of cylinder head, ignition and the measurements of your OWN cases, crank, barrel etc as these can influence the final tune.
