read thru the tips on scooterhelp.com, you'll also find a manual for it on there . it should be mixed at 50/1 / 2% , 20ml oil per litre . at 25/1 it will of leaned up the mixture an could be the source of your problems .does it tickover once started . oh , hi n welcome . H

H once its started its runs fine, just when it comes to kick starting it, it just does not want to turn over, feels like it almost there but just doesn't so should i empty the tank then refill with the new 50/1 ratio? thank you very much to everyone trying to help me. i really do appreciate it

poor starting can be down to many issues ,carb ,low compression , an ignition/sparks . i think i'd start with a good service ,new plug an check off ht lead connections an wires to cdi .at low revs /kicking over a good ignition systems needed to get a good enuff spark .bump starting it revs the engine more so overcomes any slight deficiency's in ignition .
