Awrite folks!
Went out to the garage as per usual to start up the Vespa, it's a 56 plate so has an electric start but I always use the kickstart! So I go for a kick and there's no resistance! Lever is springing back up but not turning the engine for sure! Starts and drives fine when using elec start, no gear change / clutch issues either.
any thoughts or is this going to be a nightmare fix??
cheers

Hi Mate, I had a similar thing this winter on my 16 plate.
I know you said clutch ok but....
It turned out to be the clutch arm spring was covered in winter road dirt that replicated pulling the clutch lever in while kicking the kick start...some WD40/A Scrub & Dry Lube sorted it...

Not saying what it is or isn't But as RWS74 says I'd check out the clutch arm spring for dirt and crap first ,,cheapest and easiest things first. My clutch doesn't have the adjuster on it,,and clutch is fine,,but that little bit to tight at the bottom and the kickstart goes down to easy Try looking under the scoot and pull the cable forward and see if that helps,Worh a try
