Prob just needs adjusting . Slack off the trunnion at the clutch arm, pull the inner as tight as you can while pushing the clutch arm forward then re tighten the trunnion . Any fine tuning can then be done using the adjuster . A third hand tool makes this a lot easier or cable ties can be used to pull the clutch arm forward . You want to have a couple of mm gap at the lever before you feel the clutch start to operate . Good luck !
Cheers.

At the engine end , the clutch arm needs to be pushed or held forwards. It should be roughley 90 degrees to the engine . Dont force it too far ! Then loosen the trunnion and pull the cable inner tight .Slide the trunnion along the inner up to the clutch arm and nip it up. This should give you a "tighter" lever. Pull in the lever and try selecting gears as you gently push / roll the scoot forward . If it needs any more adjustment you should be able to do so using the cable adjuster at the clutch arm .
Cheers .
