So a stone chipped my headlight lens the other day and the bugger fell out on my way to work! New one turned up this morning however I'm not 100% on how to fit it......
Does it just fit against the headlight unit and held into place by the headset top clamping it down or is there some sort of rim that holds it in place? I also forgot to order a gasket so I'll have to somehow knock one of them up (aka silicon gun a nice thin line around the edge).
Guess I'll have to get one of those cool grills that cover your glass. Will go well with the look of the scoot to be honest.
Cheers in advance.

Hi, i replaced my P200e headlight lens a few months ago. It just bolts down to the headset btm by way of the two retaining brackets attached to either side of the lens Fixing it is pretty simple, but be careful not to dislodge any wires as this caused me problems. I dont think any gaskets are required. Citydaz
Good luck finding a descent grill ! I've had two , both made of cheese ! One from SIP , one from Beedys . Neither of em cheap ! Both snapped at the "loop" where they bolt on under the headset. I'm looking for a better quality one myself , so let us know if you find one !
gothlife, if you just bought the front light lens, some people stick it with araldite or similar. I always buy a complete light unit, tho. If complete light change, remove headset top then follow the other guys instructions, but their should also be a bolt or screw under the centre of the light, with the bolt or screw visible from the outside of the bottom headset, central with the center of the light.(( hope that makes some sense lol )😂 All the best. Jim😀
