I bleed brake and everything is all good. Scooter sits for a week or so and pull lever the rod stays in . Work it a bit then it frees off and all good . Not it stays in and wont return. New seals fitted etc Any ideas? Thanks

Bawbag, is it new seal at the lever? or the caliper at the disc end?

Bawbag, seen this once before, when my mate refurbished the hydraulic reservoir with new seals,his rod stayed in,he had put the seals in the wrong way, try and find a clear picture to see if you fitted the seal(s) in the right place,see if this link helps? vespapx125e.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/vespa-px-125-front-disc-brake-master.htmlIf no good get back to us, mate.😉 All the best.
