So, the scoot is currently at Chiselspeed.. Waited 2 weeks now for the carb to be tuned and a few other bits doing.. (Brakes and clutch adjusting..) waiting another week now till it's ready. I've been told the clutch has now burnt out? Before it was taken to Chiselspeed the clutch was working fine? It did drag a little in first gear but I kept it in neutral when possible.
What has caused the sudden burn out? The engine had only just done over 600 miles since the entire rebuild of the engine.
It seems they had taken the mick outta me for asking the other members online calling me an 'online mechanic' for some advice..

no they are right if its dragging it may seem a little to you but it needs changing so there not having you over. what seems like a bit of drag is suddenly nakerd going down the road and your pushing your scoot. i wouldent get it done at chissel speed he is good but hes also not cheep. was the clutch replaced at re build ? are you sure it was if it was and if it was then after 600 miles you want to be going back to who ever fit it and sticking his nose in the cltch cover saying expalin this. join a scooter club they always have someone who can that will for a pint or a few quid all the problems. you have it at chissel speed for do it your self shed jobs. there are 3 of us in our club that fix vespas for the rest. one charges stupid money but hes sh*t hot other is sh*t hot and charges what you can afford and i charge a pint or a few quid and show you how to do it by making you fix it with my guidence
