Depends what you have already, if you still need to get dating certificate, then you need the engine number to do this (inc a pic/rubbing of it)

I would say no, as you would need an mot along with ageing cert.

if its on the dvla system already you can get a v5c on chassis number alone .if not on system then as above no .the vehicle identity goes with chassis number not engine . ring em n explain . without a old v5 the new 1 will cost ya £25 . H

Thank guys, i have an engine but its regestered to my m8s scooter as he has put a px200 engine in his,i think it will be on the system but worried it might of been worse than a cat c but dont know if it was even reported, i think the frame maybie needs jigged so would like a logbook before o go ahead with any repairs.
