P200 starts first or second kick runs fine, switch it off after running and it won't start until it cools down?

Starting well when cold, but not when warmed-up is probably too rich Pilot or mixture screw adjusted too rich. There's a recent thread on how to test ans set it. - Wind in (clockwise) for leaner, and if you're going too far in then Pilot jet is too big. There's several recent threads on the subject, so maybe have a squizz with the search facility.
Two other things spring to mind in your case: -- I'm not overly familiar with what you've been doing, but I see you've asked several recent questions about jetting; have you been fiddling with stuff recently, and is this a new problem caused by your fiddling? -- It has been very warm (here anyway) over the weekend, which will make it all richer too. Your recent fiddling, or the warm ambient air might be factors, but rich Pilot/mixture is prime suspect.
