bought in brighton in 85 from southern cycles on lewes rd ,mot-ed at gerry ingrams its whole life ,an 4 owners ,last 2 in burgess hill . doubt if its been 40 miles from blighty in its life . needs a stator n clutch unsticking an a tidy up ,well chuffed .H

it was a remark on facebooger i swooped on mushroom , my vulture tendencys at the fore . an djloone, its "rare" an "original" ,if i go crazy on it the villagers will light torches an gather there pitchforks an come for me . an not in a good way ,thats 1 party i'll give a miss too . theres already a queue 4 deep of people who want to buy it as is .an ive had to sharpen my poking stick to keep the "management" away from it . plan is ,new stator ,rust cure n laquer "preservation" , ride it til ive got braggin rights ,"ive owned a ets,there??,etc" . then move it on before any rare impossible bits to find break .H

well its 1 unstuck clutch from a mot now , re-wired a donated stator ,spare cdi an cleaned a few bulbs/contacts an replaced 2 idiot light holders ,£10.98, an its running/starting fine an all leccys/horn good . 3, problems ,taps backwards ,offs on an fuel in tanks not fresh like i was told but so old it wont burn with a match ,cost me a hour those 2, an 1st cdi tried tho itcame from my running hack a month ago isnt now working?. got some new/soaked plates in my polini130 build so will swap them for a 4 plate clutch i got recently an hopefully mot this coming week. unfortunately scoots no longer mine . despite a sharpened point on my poking stick the management got a hold of it an rust-cured n t-cut-ed it an says its hers now but she'll let me ride it . occasionally, cant argue she is "The MANAGEMENT" after all . H

engine out ,clutch swapped for a 4 plate one from my taffspeed race engine .engine back in an we have a clutch ,just re-connect gear cables/electrics change fuel an correct tap an were booking a mot .bit worried as its all been a bit easy/no probs so far . well apart from displacing a key into the box ,but it fished out easy . H
