im putting my bearings in tomorrow and have a question, i bought a sealed hub bearing because i read or someone said they are better, also read somewhere (i think) that you take the seal off one side, if this is true, what side do i take off? my hub seal goes on outside, so would i remove the inside seal of the bearing?

what is this? do i need to put it on the new crank? othe side of crank has a ring type thing on it but it tells me about that on the dvd,  |

clutch spacer by the look of it ,goes behind clutch after cranks in cases ,not before .H
