Hi, I'm a newbie and I can't upload and photos!

What am I doing wrong? They're under a MB in size, they're jpegs but when I try to add attachments I'm told...

Unable to upload file Issy.jpg.
Error: This forum has exceeded its attachment space limit. Your file cannot be uploaded.

I've reduced them to 263kb and they still won't upload.

Weirder still. I downloaded a photo from this forum and tried to upload that and it said the same thing.

My brain hurts...

I'm using a 2013 Macbook Pro, OSX El Capitain and Safari.

Trying to upload direct to forum is a drag.
Better to use Photobucket or Flikr or similar and insert link in this forum; have a look here:

Hi, you can't upload photos direct to the forum. You need to open a new Photobucket account and paste in the link on your post on the forum. Thanks.
