The headlight i got off fleabay has a lens that is come mostly unstuck, anyone had any luck gluing one back on.

my P2 one started to come apart, bit of Araldite epoxy, good for another 30 years!
Silicon sealer would also do the job

as bryno says ,or jb weld , silicon sealant works fine but heat from bulb can soften it again .letting water in or worse silicon onto paintwork .you need a specialist remover to get rid or future painting will be impossible . H

I'd probably use silicone, more because i have loads laying around and i know it can help stop rattles and rain. But good point about temp H!

more with halogen bulbs n glass lenses for the heat thing .plastic lenses would melt before the silicon so not a worry then . H
