Alright lads, the cousins T5 classic bogs down in first, he has to rev it hard to pull away. After it runs for a while the idle seems to die. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

just done a t5 classic for a mate ,it was boggy too, too big a main jet (118) 110's stock , mixture screw to far out ,an clogged n ripped filter , so new filter ,they aint cheap,£29 from allstyles , 114 main coz its on a sip road2 ,an 1 1/2 half turns out on mix screw an its now fine . i'd try that first ,maybe not the new filter if not needed but check jetting , 50/100 pilot,be4 atomiser n 110 main an mix screw setting , H

t5 filters are drilled as stock , 1 hole over the main stack ,ok , an if it dont improve on the mixture screw i'd check carb over in general , slide for wear ,float for leaks ,needle valve working , as a flooding carb will bog bad , H

Turned mixer screw 1 1/2 turns but when I gave it full throttle it died. So mixer screw at just under 2nd & it seems to be fine. Thanks for advice.
