Any of you lovely people got a preference for a crank for a standard P200 rebuild? ....Mazz , Pinasco , OEM ?....Am on a budget , depending on time of month, ( pay day , not wife's mood swings ... sexist comment I know, but I've been married over thirty years , so I know what's what ).... or any type that's been best for you . Cheers m'dears

If youre on a budget go for a mazzy. Although im so sure you'd benefit from a race crank though so keep the stock timing

Mec Eur now branded as Tameni. They're the ones! You can also get these cheap from euroland if you shop around
Much much nicer than a mazzy
Im not a fan of the mazzy but have used one for over 10,000 mi!es no worries on a stock 200
Mec Eur/Tameni is a much higher quality than mazzy.
Ive also used a mec eur long stroke on a 225 for over 6000 miles too and its still like new, nice and tight etc.
If you find one , go mec eur /tameni anyday

been looking at cranks for my rebuild, got different advice when i asked about the mazzy ones so i was gonna buy oem, will have to have a look at the tameni one's now edit: just saw this on ebay, would save me quite a bit compared to OEM but is it worth the risk? tameni crank

tameni , thats the japanesey name my brain couldnt dredge up ,italian made an use to be the me eur brand , unlike mazzes never heard a bad thing bout em , unusual with scooterists ,an as ya can see from picture much finer machining/finish than stock or mazz .an unlike mazz havent had a run off bad little ends disintegrating before run in .if i was you doulsy i'd go with that crank, wasp performance gets some off my cash nowadays after gazpx pointed them out to me .mostly dell jets n other small stuff ,but always priced reasonable n posted fast an as listed , H

Mickeymidas, Cranks is a big decision, make or break for most engines. If you want totally solid reliability, just get an OEM original. If you want it to go a bit better, a Mercure/Tameni 60mm with a 125 main jet and nothing else.
