Hi all,,, Was having trouble today trying to remove an LML electric start from the engine I read up online on how to do the job which involved removing 3 nuts then pulling the motor off However the cog that engages the flywheel doesn't fit through the hole in the casings SO couldn't remove?? Please guys need your help on this it's really p*shing me off!! Thanks

Thanks when i put one in my lml engine, just to fill the whole, it went in no bother so i would imagine it would have came straight out, did you try wiggle it or turn it?

weird one , thats how it went on so should come back out that way ,there aint much space to wiggle it around if lumps still in scoot ,take a fag break n turn ya back on it an it will probably drop out on its own just to spite ya ,H

the chaps are right pal....took one off an old Bajaj lump last year...get yerself a can o' special brew..wiggle the bugger about & it will come out ..then down the can o' spesh
