Here is what I'm working with Freshly rebuilt Malossi 210, cases matched,26/26 carb, drilled airfilter, fast flow fuel tap, and a sito + exhaust. Engine has been run in, and currently showing a happy plug color. What I want is advice on a new pipe. I want to keep the spare tire and not resort to a sidestand. Any suggestions?

Im lovin the PM Evolution pipe i have on my Malossi 210 at the moment. Centre stand is still possible too. Very smooth and actually a lot quiter than i imagined. Good for high and low revvers. Its almost identical to the SIP Performance, another fine pipe And if you're keen i may even consider selling it to you! But if you want stock looking id imagine the BigBox would be the best bet, over a sip road anyway.

The PM looks good, I'd be interested, if you could be tempted to part with yours vespasco, but I'm in the states, not sure where you are? does the spare still fit? H. Yeah I've got a PM 40 on a smallie, but stator problems pushed it to the back of the garage, to be sorted later. Never heard more than a tick-over out of it.

shame on ya ,traitor , back of the shed is where shamed scoots go to die ,next to the LD's , an as far as i know the "big-box" is same as a stock in shape just bigger ,hence the name , so reckon spares safe , i wait to be corrected , sod the stater go 12volt pk lectronic an forget youve even got a stater , if not my moneys on the condenser ,its always the condenser . It won't be there long, I've got a bone stock v90 to paint and reassemble, then i'll pull the motor, get a large taper crank.... Thinkin about a quatrini kit, or maybe polini evo, something to shake up the dentists on their harleys with. Loads of questions for the smallie guys! For now just gonna enjoy the summer on a lardie!

polini evo ,taken to worb 5 spec , decent pipe n carb , 30bhp+ , needs a stoffi's garage et3 crank , welded , mathius sherer , ask johhny snatchsniffer , prob about 32-34bhp , that will pull any dentists fillings , an loads cheaper than quattrini , if goin quatrini go all the way n get falc ,H

Im sure you could find a nice pipe cheaper in the usa what with the extra postage. Im still a bit undecide on the pipe tbh, if i should keep it//sell it. But recommended for sure The big box is a little deeper. Spare wheel, and changing wheel, centre stand - no problem! Ive not tried to take the rear wheel off yet, but im hoping to be able to remove just the muffler.

No worries, H. I just got tired of returning to the scoot, to find it on its side, too easy for some knob to give it a little "push". For being a Village Idiot, You sure know a lot about the geographic adaptions of the various "folk" around the world.

I dont run that pipe on the Rally no, its on a PX, malossi 210. Theres not so much ground clearance on the Rally so i stick with a SIP road (and Pinasco 224) They got it right when they made the ducati Rally 200 motor and barely changed anything for 30 years
