Hello peeps, as my 166 malossi kit as packed up, im about to fit a polini 177 kit, any views or opinions? do I run 2% or 3%.. cheers

Im not sure of the actual differences between the kits but check to see if your casing ports would still be able to match up to your kit ok. If not you may require some welding.. !??
And always run 2% mix with whatever set up you use, stock or tuned.

just remember pre mix not auto lube if your scoot has it block it off

as above 2% always n use the proper measuring jug ,if ya were runnin 3% thats prob why ya mallosi died , an polini's are a bit more delicate than a mallosi an need setting up right to get the most out of , if cases have been matched to a mallosi they should be close to a polini , not sure but dont think you'll have to weld like vespaco suggests , when it arrives slip ya base gasket down the studs n see if the cut-outs match the transfer ports in cases ,an also slip it on the barrel spigot/stub n see how well it matches the transfers in barrel , your looking for a smooth transition from cases to barrel with no steps ,any doubt take piccys n load em up on here via photobucket/flikr , H
