Anyone here knows whats the suggested life span of 2001 px 200 piston rings?

On my stock p200 motor the ring gap was 0.6mm after 10,000+ km... You can measure the 'ring gap'. This is how you measure the wear..also, you can.measure the cylinder bore too.. 2mm ring gap is permissable!! But tolerance on assembly should be 0.25mm - 0.4mm.. But if you have 2001 of 'em I wouldnt worry  |

They'll probably need changing then  They're good to around 20k, but I tend to do mine every year at around the 15k interval. That said, I can probably skip a year this year, it's been a bit poor for me. |
