ya flat with liquid in water an then ya wash n sponge off with runnin water ,towel dry an place in a airflow ,a drive on a garden table for me ,an its dry enuff to spray in 15-20 mins ,use the spraymate without paint to blow it over an get all cracks/crevices/holes/edge beeding ,i use my comp an air gun for that ,an keep blowin as ya tack-rag , an all salt/water,paint dust is removed , so any salt wont cause rust ,well thats what i do , i only use panel wipe on older paint that might be "greasey" not on bare metal , when ya wash ya car/bike/scoot careful if ya use a pressure washer as they can drive dirt/detergent/washin up into cracks/bushes/bearings/lectrics/filters, unless it says salt-free on label a lot of car washes/shampoos use salt to soften the water ,if ya rinse loads a dollop of liquid in a warm water bucket an a sponge leaves def less salt than it washes off road-salt , h
