Very basic question I know but in my PX manual it says the a Champion L82C plug should be used for a PX125, what is the NGK equivalent to this? I've found conflicting info, some say it's an B6HS and some B7HS. Would I do damage using the wrong one.
Cheers

Cross Reference Guide. NGK B9ES – Champion N2C - Bosch W3C NGK B8ES – Champion N3C - Bosch W4C NGK B7ES – Champion N4C - Bosch W5C NGK B6ES – Champion N5C - Bosch W7C
NGK B9HS – Champion L77C - Bosch W2A NGK B8HS – Champion L78C - Bosch W3A NGK B7HS – Champion L82C - Bosch W5A NGK B6HS – Champion L86C - Bosch W7A
should be fine with either tbh

Nat, I'd use the B6 for round town riding and pop in a B7 for longer rides, rallies etc. The difference is the heat ranges, ie the higher the number the colder the plug. A hot plug heats up very quickly and is better for burning off deposits built up during a short ride, whereas the colder plug allows for the extra heat build up in your top end during much longer rides which helps reducethe chance of pinking and eventually holing your piston.

Hello Bigal. I live in the Uk, Gravesend Kent. I don't mind helping out but if you're in Australia? sorry mate.
I have been researching spark plugs recently. My PX125E should use NGK BR6HS or Champion RL82C. I fitted a resistor plug cap and run a non resistor spark plug instead. a B6HS. the SIP catalogue recommends Bosch plugs. these heat ranges span the NGK ones. a W7AC is a hot B6HS and the W6AC is a Cool B6HS.
Note: a cold plug doesn't make the engine run cooler. the heat range is what stops it fouling or melting or worse gets so hot Detonation starts.
