Hi , should have known better but wanted them anyway.
Put two schwalbe weatherman whitewalls on my scooter and having only done about 300 dry miles since purchase and being vac bagged over the winter the tyres are almost yellow .
I have tried various materials and scrubbing but still look poor.
If anyone knows how to get the white looking anything like it should I would be very grateful
Many thanks Brian

Paint it black, it always looks better.

BTW Vac bagging can cause chrome rot, you do know that? You need to get all the air out, not just most of it, and isn't the middle of August still summer?
Ride it in Febuary, it's what they're for.

I have used "CIF" made by Unilever (yes, the household cleaning cream) to pretty good effect on white wall scooter tyres in the past!

I prefer this version:
Much more in tune with my scooterboy roots. Stones original isn't bad though.

Yeah, not bad but just too 'pop' orientated for the subject matter they're referring to (Vietnam War) I guess I see these sort of images in my head when I hear this song.

Psychobilly as pop?
Erm, OK.
No argument on the subject matter though...

As Psychobilly goes, that is on the poppier side

TBH I'd have called it rockabilly, but lets not split hairs. Either way, how the hell did we get here so quickly?

Well Nik, have you ever found yourself checking something on You Tube..................... then find an hours gone and then you check your 'history' as to how you got from your original subject matter to something that appears totally unconnected from your start position? Checking the history though shows the links actually add up and make sense. Been there many a time.
