Excellent choice of venue Though I'm unlikely to be in the country at the time. Would love to see thousands of scooters around Eastlands 'n all

I believe that this is now going to Haigh Hall in Wigan instead of Eastlands. Something to do with the police being unwilling to escort it to Eastlands, but able to do so to Wigan.

Tut tut Devo! Could it be that GMP is run by a Greaser who doesn't want his area full of shiny scooters? But, every cloud has a silver lining - the pies are good in Wigan.

Probably would have had the wheeltrims nicked there anyway.

Well the police escort never materialised, but a huge well done to the marshals who did a brilliant job keeping it all going and together in one long, albeit slow, procession.(took an hour and a half to get to Haigh Hall) Good turnout (as always) and the weather was a lot kinder than had been predicted all week. Spotted from here: Joey and Mickey Movistar, I also thought I saw Devo McDuff at the side of the road, but on a green T5? was that you Dan?

It was indeed Robjack, borrowed it off a mate. Nippy bugger it was too, though it frustratingly stalled coming to a stop in 1st gear (and wouldn't shift to neutral very easily) unless you gave it a load of revs, bit of a problem that on a stop-start mass rideout! Also how do you folks get along without disc brakes? Felt like I was in the Flintstones! I also saw Joey and Mickey
